Breeding In our many years with Morgans we have stuck to our goal. We have found that a combination of bloodlines, environment, care and training helps us to produce the kind of Morgans most people prefer. Nearly 100 owners have bought their first Morgan at Greentree, many have come back for more. How far have we come since 1962? A long way, we believe, in preserving and enhancing true Morgan characteristics - with as little deviation as possible. We believe the achievements of Greentree-bred Morgans demonstrates the validity of our program. Our range from beloved family horses to World Champion show horses...from trail horses to dressage winners. Greentree broodmares have been selected over the years to produce Morgans that adhere closely to the breed standard. Our goal has been to preserve and emphasize the qualities that have made Morgans a preferred breed for over 200 years.
